Vision in Action Training


Vision in Action Training is the training division of Homo Novus Community Project. The mission of the program is to equip young people and entry-level staff in the retail sector with the skills that will lead to employment and the retaining of employment. This is done through training and developing work and life skills by presenting courses and workshops associated with opportunities of a high probability of employment.

Life skills for the Workplace

Vision in Action Life Skills Training  equips young unemployed individuals with personal and basic work skills to enter the Retail sector. This 10-day Work readiness-program has built a reputation far beyond Randburg due to the quality of the training and the intense concentration on personal development of the attendees. Workplace Skills for the Retail Sector

Vision in Action Business Training  equips attendees with the necessary skills to operate in the Retail Sector as customer care personnel, shop floor personnel, call centre agents, office administrators etc. There are fees involved, but due to the nature of Vision in Action we are able to provide quality training at a cost far less than the market

Two reasons to Contact Vision in Action

While Vision in Action is not yet an accredited trainer, the workshops and short courses presented by Vision in Action enable employers to claim against the skills levy fund, as long as they have an approved workplace skills development plan. These workshops have been developed and will be presented as a project to finance the work done for the unemployed. The process of accreditation is in an advanced stage.
